• Smart contracts and blockchain protocols may contain bugs or vulnerabilities
• Transactions are permanent and irreversible
• There is no customer support, dispute resolution, or recovery mechanism for lost funds

PumpMarketCap has no control over and no liability for:

• The creation, promotion, or performance of any token or project
• Losses, damages, or claims arising from your participation in any project
• Hacks, exploits, bugs, or third-party service failures
